When you run towards the goal it is important to let go of the R1-Button (sprint). Press L2+L1, wait for the keeper to come out of his goal and shoot with triangle, while still holding down L2+L1 and aim for the goal. It's a very powerfull weapon when it comes to scoring and shooting.
When making this tutorial I also played a game online, 4 of the 5 goals where a Lob over the keeper.
I would recommend practicing in training, it might come in handy online etc :-)
